If you are not an elite athlete, IDOVEN is also for you

Last week we told you about why it's important to take care of your heart when you return to sport after a hiatus brought about by the situation we all know.

One of the doubts you've expressed most often is:

"I'm not an elite athlete, I actively play sports 2 to 5 times a week.

Is IDOVEN for me?"

The answer is simple, yes.

IDOVEN is not only for elite athletes, it is for anyone who is physically active and wants to know the condition of their heart to rule out cardiac risks without the need for a medical consultation.

IDOVEN was born out of research in cardiology, work that we have developed at the National Centre for Cardiovascular Research (CNIC) as part of the Advanced Development Laboratory on Arrhythmia Mechanisms and Therapies and in the various hospitals and institutions in which we have worked.

We also collaborate with the CSD (Higher Sports Council) to monitor the hearts of the elite sportsmen and women of the #teamesp. Athletes such as Javier Guerra, Fernando CarroThe Spanish men's and women's basketball teams, among many others, have already participated in our campaign #Donatuslatides next to the Iker Casillas Foundation (you can see it on our Instagram). In order to try to locate possible heart problems and improve their performance by knowing everything that happens in their heart while they train, rest and carry out their daily activity on a regular basis.

Over the years and the advances in artificial intelligence that we have developed at IDOVEN, we have managed to ensure that this valuable data that we obtain from monitoring elite athletes can help prevent and treat heart problems in any athlete, whether amateur, semi-professional or professional.

In IDOVEN we have as a priority objective that people live longer lives and can do any sport without risk. That is why we promote the monitoring of the most important muscle in our body, the heart.

It is common to go to the physiotherapist if we have a muscle problem or to the chiropractor if it is a joint problem. But where do we go if we want to know the state of our heart?

Our services can help detect diseases such as myocardial infarction and sudden death early without the need for a medical consultation and can monitor our activity for 24 hours a day thus knowing the state of our heart.

That's why IDOVEN is not only for elite athletes, it's for all kinds of people who do physical activity and want to know the condition of their heart to rule out cardiac risks.

Step by step we continue to work to be able to transfer the knowledge acquired by working with top level sportsmen and women to offer it to anyone who does sport.

If you want to know the state of your heart you can take a look at our services.

Tell us your case and we will be able to tell you how IDOVEN can help you to know the state of your heart and that you can safely practice your favorite sport.
