On May 1, 2019, Iker Casillas, World-cup winning goalkeeper and United Nations Goodwill ambassador, suffered a heart attack during training at the age of 38. Today, he relies on Idoven to care for his heart.
Iker Casillas is our valued partner in revolutionizing cardiovascular disease diagnosis using Artificial Intelligence. Together, we are dedicated to raising awareness and promoting preventive measures, and we look forward to achieving even greater success in improving cardiovascular health.
In partnership with the Real Madrid Foundation and the Iker Casillas Foundation, we have undertaken a groundbreaking project to address the cardiac health of children with Down's Syndrome and mental diseases. Recognizing their heightened vulnerability to cardiac conditions, we took proactive steps during the COVID-19 pandemic.
By providing our at-home ECG monitoring solution to 800 children with Down's Syndrome, we offered personalized cardiological reports that brought peace of mind to their families. Additionally, the valuable data collected from this initiative will contribute to ongoing research and prevention efforts, ensuring the well-being of not only these children but also other vulnerable groups at high risk of heart disease.
